Pricing Policy

Trip to MadagascarArticle 1 - Tour operators and travel agencies are free to market and sell their own travel packages independently.
Article 2 - Narcisse Tours provides a detailed breakdown of our standard rates. These rates are intended as a pricing guide and are not necessarily mandatory for every customized itinerary.
Article 3 - Based on this information, customers may estimate the total cost of their preferred travel package.
Article 4 - Customers are invited to describe the itinerary they wish to experience. Upon request, we can also prepare a personalized quotation.
Article 5 - Customers may submit the budget or package price they would like to pay. If requesting a discount, they should briefly explain the reason for their proposal (for example: group travel, long stay, student, researcher, NGO project, repeat customer, or seasonal budget).
Article 6 - Because every itinerary is unique and we offer a wide variety of customized tours for tourists, researchers, business travelers, students, photographers, and other visitors, prices are negotiated individually rather than being fixed in advance.
Article 7 - The travel contract becomes effective only after both parties agree on the itinerary, the final price, and the terms of service.

BOOKING FORM INSTRUCTIONS

A – Please finalize your message by providing the following details:

The name of the tour you have chosen, along with the start and end dates.
The duration of the tour, the number of participants, and their nationalities.
The total price of the chosen tour
The name of the participating chef or Tour Leader, ... (if applicable).
Details of the participating chef or Tour Leader, ... : email, address, and telephone number, ...
Any other information you consider necessary.

B – Once you have completed the "BOOKING REQUEST and REGISTRATION" form with your message as requested above:

You will receive an email notification.
We will respond to your message according to your request.
You can modify the "BOOKING REQUEST and REGISTRATION " form you completed after our email exchange, or we can make the changes for you. In that case, you will receive a notification, and we will send you the « REQUEST FOR DEPOSIT PAYMENT »..
